Request or Place a Hold

OC Libraries transfer books between our locations. Let us know you want something by requesting it. You can do this by locating the item in OneSearch and then using the "Request" link. You will need to be signed into your library account (with your OC email and password).

Highlighted text reading "Request" from the OneSearch item details

It may take a couple of days for items to transit between campuses, but we will update you at your OC email account when your items are ready for pickup. You can also use this when an item you want is checked out- it will place a hold on the item and we can update you about it when it becomes available!

Need to renew items you already have checked out?
