Kanopy offers access to thousands of documentary films and also to films listed in the "Criterion Collection."  The library pays a fee per view and when our budget runs out, so does access for ALL students and faculty!!  Therefore we ask that you use this service for course-assigned viewing only.

1. Go to our Kanopy portal at https://ezproxy.olympic.edu/login?url=https://olympic.kanopy.com/
2. If off campus, verify your student status by entering your OC student email address and password at the prompt.
3. At the Kanopy home page, "Log in to Olympic" to create your Kanopy account, or select "Sign in" if you've already created your Kanopy account on a prior visit.  Your account can be created using your Google or Facebook login, or can be done directly on Kanopy using your email address and password. Your password will need to be at least 6 characters.  Creating an account on Kanopy will allow you to save videos to your Watchlist to view later, create clips and playlists, and view through the mo.bile and TV apps
4. After creating your account, you'll receive a verification email in your inbox. Click on the link in that email to verify your email address.
5. You're ready to start watching!  Browse or search for a film to begin!
