Any zine you make is your intellectual property and you are the copyright holder. In fact, anything you create is protected by copyright as soon as you fix it in a form of expression.

You can choose to notify readers that you withhold all your rights, you can use a Creative Commons license to specify that certain uses are acceptable, or you can dedicate your work to the public domain so anyone can use your work in any way, including using it for profit.
