Justiced-Involved Students and Higher Ed

Olympic College is engaged in the process of creating support and welcome on campus for formerly incarcerated and justice involved students. More information is available by emailing reentry@olympic.edu

The Prison Policy Initiative records that 28,000 people are currently incarcerated in Washington State and another 88,000 people are under criminal justice supervision. Voting, health care, housing, and employment are all impacted by this. Education is one of the factors that can change outcomes for justice-involved people.
